With a small turning radius and the ability to go in ALL Directions with the NEW Sensi-Touch Joystick, not only can you drive your Matrix Wheelchair with just one finger, you can also navigate your Matrix into tight spaces that require sensitive turning abilities! This is possible because the joystick is pressure sensitive.
The further you press the joystick knob, the more power the chair has and the faster it goes. By applying just a small bit of pressure to the joystick knob, you can go slowly and have perfect control.
Additionally, the Advanced Torque System available only in the Matrix helps the chair batter perform on uneven surfaces.
The Matric Motorized Wheelchair can go Up to 5mph. On the bottom of the joystick, you will find the speed controls, as pictured above. You can also beep the built-in horn (top right), and get an immediate indication of the battery levels too (top of joystick).

When folded, the Matrix fits in the back of almost any car, truck, or SUV.
The Matrix will automatically latch into place when it is being unfolded. The latch is simple to use and strong so it does a great job of securing your Matrix CF.
The battery placement of the Matrix was carefully planned. When the chair is folded up and standing upright, just move the footplate out of the way, and use the simple latch to slide the battery out! There is no need to be on your hands and knees when removing the Matrix CF battery pack.
The picture above shows the placement of the battery pack in the Matrix Cf. The battery is intelligently located just under the seat, but easily accessible through the front of the chair. It can be removed while you sit in the Matrix, or when the Matrix is folded and standing up. No stone was left unturned in the design component of the Matrix.
When you own a Matrix CF electronic wheelchair, charging the battery is simple. You can leave the battery in the Matrix and plug the charger into the front of the joystick, or you can plug the charger into the battery directly when the battery is outside of the chair.

The Matrix CF is great for both indoor and outdoor driving. At first glance, the Matrix CF is an Ergonomic, stylish, and versatile motorized wheelchair that is simple to use and fun to drive. Let’s look a bit deeper to uncover what makes the Matrix so special.
The Matrix by TWO (2)150W – 300W Total – Brushless Electromagnetic Motors that use the all-new ATS (Advanced Torque System) for delivering power. Similar to a diesel car, less horsepower can often deliver more power than a gasoline motor. The Matrix CF does MORE with less.
The Matrix will always go the speed you want. Due to the torque and braking system, It won’t “run away” while going down a hill, yet there is plenty of power for going up an incline. The motors are Weather-resistant. You may notice the red switch on the inside of the motor in the picture below. This allows you to operate the Matrix CF as a push wheelchair (freewheel mode), or motorized wheelchair with the simple flip of a switch.
There have been multiple safety features built into your Matrix CF Wheelchair. Reflectors are strategically placed on the rear motors (and front castors) to enhance visibility in low-light scenarios. The Matrix CF will start braking immediately when you stop applying pressure to the joystick. * Notice the Dura-Shocks on the front casters below!
There is a reflector on the front of the Matrix too. One on each side of the caster to be specific.
Let’s not forget the importance of comfort. The Matrix wheelchair has a memory foam cushion on the seat and Flexi-foam on the backrest. The Seat cover is made from wicking, washer-safe, not staining, quick-dry breathable mesh material. To further enhance the comfort of your Matrix, the seat cushion has Anti-Slip Pearls to help you feel more comfortable and secure in the seat. There is also a fully adjustable seatbelt built in that can easily be hidden away when not in use.

Can I use my insurance to pay for the chair?
Unfortunately, Medicare WILL NOT pay for lightweight folding wheelchairs. Medicare considers a lightweight mobility device to be a recreational device – which is simply not covered. Not only that, We do not work with insurance companies. Billing an insurance company would cause our business to incur additional costs to the extent that we would be forced to raise our prices. Part of what makes doing business with Quick N Mobile so appealing is great products, great service and of course, great prices! We are not willing to compromise those values. However, many of our customers have been able to have their insurance companies re-reimburse them for the Matrix CF.
Do you offer financing so I can make payments?
For our United States customers, you can select the Pay Over Time option on the checkout page. If approved (instant approval) you can complete the purchase of our Matrix CF right away.
What is your return policy?
You can find out the return policy on the Terms page, but here is the simple version. You have 15 days from the date your chair is received, to return your chair for a 20% restocking fee. In order to return your chair, you would be responsible for the shipping costs (to our United States location). You would also be charged for any shipping charges and customs fees we incur to send the chair to your location. If you want to return a device, you would need to contact us for an RMA number, and then you will be provided additional details.
Is there anywhere where I can test drive the chair before I buy it?
In short, no. We are a FACTORY DIRECT arrangement. When you purchase a Matrix CF, it comes to you directly from the factory. There are both pros and cons to this type of shopping.
Perhaps the greatest benefit is that you get to cut the middleman with high overhead, and operational expenses out of the equation (The brick and mortar business) so you can save over $4,000.00 on your purchase! Brick-and-mortar stores will not stock Matrix CF Wheelchairs because they are not able to mark it up as much as they would like.
A local dealer, based on their insurance markup pricing business model, would prefer to sell this chair with all the accessories that we give you for free, for close to $8,000.00 retail. If you tested the chair and liked it in their location – chances are you would purchase it from us and save over $4000.00! For that reason, retail stores will not stock the Matrix CF.
What is your Warranty like on this chair?
Again, to keep things simple and basic, it’s easy – and all the details are on the Terms page. If the chair happens to break with normal use, we will honor it with a TWO-year limited warranty. Normal use is you are driving the chair and it decides to stop functioning as it should. On the other hand, if you abuse the chair, we will not buy you a new one. We consider abuse things like driving the chair into deep water, dropping the chair or running it over with a car. Assuming something happens as a result of normal use, we will send you a new part – as almost everything that could possibly go wrong is very easy to fix with the toolkit that comes with your Matrix CF HD and about 10-15 minutes of time. There is nothing complicated about this chair when it comes to doing a repair or maintaining it.
How long does it take to get my Matrix CF once I order?
It takes about 4-7 days to receive your Matrix HD. After about 1-3 days, we will typically be able to provide you with shipping information so you can track your order. Currently, the Matrix CF is on PRE-ORDER status. Delivery is expected in October 2022. The first 50 Matrix Chairs are limited Edition Black, so now is the time to reserve your space in Matrix History.
Is there any assembly required with the Matrix CF?
The Matrix CF comes fully assembled! All you need to do is open the box, remove the contents and enjoy! Simple as 1-2-3! Getting caught in the Matrix Is The Smart Choice!
