One common issue mentioned by users is the difference between advertised specifications and the actual product they receive, particularly regarding weight and size. Several customers have found that the item purchased ended up being considerably heavier and bulkier than described online, making it less manageable than expected. Please understand that the weight published is weight without batteries for our wheelchairs. 

Another frustration centers around the return process. Customers point out that returning an oversized product can be costly—not only due to shipping charges, but also because of restocking fees. The requirement to send items back in original packaging adds another layer of hassle, sometimes making the cost of return almost as high as keeping the product.

The difference is that the devices we carry are FDA Registered Medical Mobility Devices. On our CLEARANCE page, you will find open box and returned items. Once an item is returned to us, it is professional sanitized and refurbished before put for sale. As frustrating as return fees are, we too lose money on returns due to the requirements we have before they are marketed for sale again. Many companies DO not have clearance pages. We believe they keep strict policies in place (only like new is accepted for returns, must have never traveled outdoors) becasue once they are returned, they are marketed as new items. That is a dishonest practice.
