Your Tzora Lightweight Folding Mobility Scooter is Shipped In TWO Separate Parts Containing:

    1. The Tzora Unit
  1. The Accessories

You will most likely receive the Tzora Unit a day before you receive your accessories. This is perfectly normal and just how the orders are shipped.

Your Tzora Scooter is sent already assembled. Starting the process of familiarizing yourself with the Tzora Scooter and how it functions now can help you get around more quickly once you receive it!

Let’s Start With a Quick Guide To Battery Life Longevity:

Lithium batteries are designed to last before they need replacement. The best way to get the longest battery life is as follows:

    1. The first time you charge the batteries, please charge them 12-14 hours so they will be 100% full.  
    1. Do NOT charge the batteries again until you run them out 100%.
  1. After you have fully charged and completely drained the battery the first time, charging the batteries will only take between 4-6 hours.

You will also likely wish to start SLOW with your new TZORA Scooter. Please turn the speed to the lowest setting and drive carefully in your home or a flat surface so you can practice while becoming familiar with the Scooter’s capabilities.
