If you need to return your P-Lift we allow 7 days from the date your P-Lift is received to request an RMA. The device must be in the original shipping container and unused or uninstalled. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and a 30% restocking fee applies. If the device has been taken out of it’s original container, installed or used, we will not accept the return.

Your P-Lift comes Mostly Assembled!
Installing the P-Lift is typically a TWO-ABLE BODIED MAN job. Just plan on where the lift will go, the tower and ramp configuration and unpack and install. The entire job can take between 60 and 90 minutes for a skilled contractor or handyman to complete.
